- For program participants / youth beneficiaries: contact details (or guardian's contact for minors).
- For volunteers / vendors / collaborators: banking information for disbursement/payments.

- Processing donations and issuing receipts
- Contacting and engaging with donors, volunteers, and participants
- Reporting and audit requirements to government, partners, or funders
- Running, evaluating, and improving our programs
- Publishing stories, reports, and impact updates (with consent)

- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations
4. Disclosure
We do not sell or trade your data. However, personal data may be disclosed to:

By providing your personal data to Altruis (through forms, registration, donations, etc.), you are deemed to have consented to the processing of your data in accordance with this notice. You may request deletion or limit the processing of your data, or file a complaint regarding misuse of data. Requests must be made in writing to admin@altruis.my or mailed to our office address below.

Altruis retains personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or as required by law. We implement strict physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorised access.
